Running for "fit mind"

Running helps to relieve depression
Running helps to reduce mood swings
Running is the best therapy
Running gives new goals, a sense of purpose and boosts self-esteem

What other reasons do you need to run ?. Start running.

Good to know that running as a therapy works.

However a bit worried to know that you have been through depression, mood swings, and did not have a self esteem until you started running.
